Shipping is free of charge across the 48 states of the contiguous USA on all orders over $60, orders under $60 will be charged a standard $10 shipping fee.
Orders to Canada, Hawaii and Alaska ship free of charge on orders over $150, orders under $150 will be charged a standard fee of $65.

As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within estimated shipping time specified on the product page of the item ordered. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the email address your provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within five business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@todaysfans.com

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please email us at customerservice@todaysfans.com or call us at 845-402-1222 and our Customer Service professionals will be happy to assist you in returning or exchanging the product.

Returns have never been this easy.
We strive to provide only the highest quality products and are committed to our customers full satisfaction. In the event that a product is received damaged or defective in any way, we will provide a full refund or replacement upon request and the return shipping will be covered by Todays Fans. This applies even if the problem is only noticed after installation and up until 1 year after purchase.
If the product not damaged or defective, we will accept returns provided the following conditions are met:
1. The merchandise was not installed and must be in the original condition it was received.
2. The product to be returned must be in its original packaging with no writing or labels on package.
3. Any shipping costs incurred in shipping the product to the customer will be deducted from the refund. Within the USA, the shipping costs deducted will never exceed $45.
4. Special or custom orders from the manufacturer usually cannot be returned.
In order to return a product please follow the instructions below:
1. Please contact us either by emailing us at returns@todaysfans.com or by phone at 845-402-1222 to obtain return authorization. The request must be made within 30 days of receiving the product. Once approved you will receive an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number.
2. Repack the product(s) for return and include all original packaging. Include the RGA number on the shipping label for easy processing once the shipment arrives at the warehouse. Simply write the Return Authorization number on the address label.
3. Returns must be shipped via FedEx, or UPS, or any other service that provides a valid tracking number and returned in its original carton, including all packaging materials and accessories, and have no markings or writing on box.
Once the order is received by the warehouse in its original condition you will receive an email confirming your refund and the payment will be issued back in the same method used for the original order.

If you find another online store that offers a lower price then us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference plus 10% of the difference.
